  • We have extensive experience and expertise acting for employers in relation to restrictive covenants. That is advising on their enforceability, when appropriate requiring undertakings as to compliance and when necessary seeking relief from the court.
  • We are also regularly asked to provide independent advice on settlement agreements following redundancy or termination.
